Cancellation and Refunds

RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS & REFUNDS

 

RETURNS:

  • Items listed on myownstore.in that are identified as returnable on the product detail page can only be returned within the specific date.
  • Products which are received defective, faulty, physically damaged, missing parts can only be returned.
  • Both your shipment address and the item must meet our return eligibility requirements.
  • Once the return is processed, refund will be issued in accordance with myownstore.in and return policy.
  • Return must be processed within 3 days after receiving the product. Return cannot be claimed prior to 3 days.
  • Customer need to check the entire product thoroughly in the presence of delivery boy and must confirm before accepting the order.
  • Shipping charges to be paid by the customer if for any return.
  • Refunds will reflect in the customer account within the 7 working days after cancelling the order.

 

 

REPLACEMENTS:

  • Orders can be replaced if received damaged, defective, faulty or broken but need to be checked before accepting the order in order to ad-here the compliances.
  • Replacement cannot be delivered to the different address.
  • Replacement to be claimed within 3 days after receiving the product. It will not be entertained after the timeline.
  • Replacement cannot be processed within the same delivery day.
  • Customer will get the replaced order within 2 working days.
  • No refund can be made for the replaced order.
